I just placed an order.  When can I expect my items to arrive?
Thank you!  Our in-stock items will ship the day after an order is placed.  Any items that are not in stock will ship within two weeks.  If we expect your order to take longer than that to fill, we will notify you by email and will offer the opportunity for a refund on those items.

What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Please email us to let us know the items is being returned to us and we will be sure to send an email to confirm its receipt.

What I want isn't on the site! Can I order a custom item?
We do occasionally make custom items. Please email us at orders@batsmeow.com with your request and we will get back to you within a week with a quote and a timeframe for delivery.

Can I get that item in my size?
T-shirts can be ordered in any size [men's/unisex t-shirts up to 5XL, women's-style t-shirts up to XL, babydoll t-shirts up to up to XL, and all children's sizes from 2T]. Other items can be ordered, in larger or smaller sizes, as custom items. Please email us at orders@batsmeow.com with your request and we will get back to you within a week with a quote and a timeframe for delivery.

Do you ever have sales? Or clearance items?
We're still a relatively new company, so we don't have anything on clearance quite yet.  We do plan to offer some specially-priced items in the future.  Check our Specials page to see what's available now.
